Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or connecting a social profile to Agency Social OS ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. The Service

Agency Social OS lets an agency schedule and publish content, review approvals, sync analytics and generate reports for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Google Business Profile accounts it is authorised to manage.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must only connect social profiles you own or have written permission to manage.

4. Platform terms

Use of connected platforms is additionally governed by those platforms' terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Platform Policy, YouTube Terms of Service (and the Google Privacy Policy), and the Google Business Profile API policies. We use platform data only to provide the features you request, and we handle it in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

• No spam, bulk unsolicited messaging or artificial engagement.
• No unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive or adult content.
• No attempt to reverse engineer, overload or bypass rate limits of the Service.
• No scraping or resale of data obtained through connected platform APIs.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and media you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content solely to operate the Service, including publishing it to the platforms you selected.

7. AI features

AI-assisted captions, ideas and summaries are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing.

8. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Platform APIs may change or become unavailable, which can interrupt publishing or analytics. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect profiles at any time; doing so revokes platform permissions and deletes stored tokens. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or platform policies.
